1. 10+2 Examination pass and Certified Course of Nursing and Midwifery course from a school of Nursing or other Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (Sr.No.1 posts).

2. 10+2 Examination pass and Diploma in Pharmacy with three months training in Pharmacy from an Institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (Sr.No.2 posts).

3. 10+2 Standard pass and Two years Auxiliary Nursing Midwife Course from a recognized Institution and registered with respective Nursing Council (Sr.No.3 posts).

4. Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry/Microbiology /Life Science combination subjects and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician Course certificate for Sr.No.4 posts.

5. 10th Standard pass and First-aid, Nursing and Ward procedure work experience for Ward Sahayak posts.

6. Matriculation pass and must have Valid Driving License/Knowledge of maintenance and minor repairs/First-Aid practical Experience for Sr.No.6 posts.

1. Pharmacist – 32 years

2. All other posts –27 years and age relaxation applicable up to 40 years as per Govt. Rules.
