Age bounds: All interested and eligible candidates age should be in between the range of 18-33 years as on Jan 01st 2014 for S.No. II Posts,. Age relaxation is provides as per rules and regulations.

Academic profile: All interested and eligible candidates should have to clear Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery course from any recognized board/ university/ institution or equivalent, An having a Registered as Nurse and midwife with State Nursing Council.

Selection Criteria: All interested and eligible Selection will be on the basis written test, Eligibility and application.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates are required to apply through online mode from the official and authorized website http://www.gmch.gov.in on before July 31st 2014 by 1:00 PM & required to send their printout copies of applications along with attested copies of all relevant documents on or before Aug 14th 2014 by 4:00 PM to the

1. First of all log on through the website http://www.gmch.gov.in/.

2. Need to click on the “Vacancies”.

3. Read the notification carefully before applying online application.

4. Candidates have to scan the copies of photograph in the prescribed format.

5. Need to click on the “Online Application Form for Staff Nurse (Ex-Servicemen)” or “Online Application Form for Staff Nurse (Physically Handicapped)”.

6. Fill all the mandatory details carefully & upload the scan copies of photograph.

7. Before clicking on the “submit” button, check carefully the information given is correct or not.

8. Now click on the submit button.

9. An unique registration number generated by system will be displayed on the screen.

10. Note down the registration code and take the 2 printout copies to further use of applications.

11. Send one printout copies of application form along with attested copies of all relevant documents to the given address above.

12. Keep another copy to make a hard copy of application form for future use.
