1. Graduation in Civil Engineering with 60% marks aggregation and ten years service as a Assistant Engineer in Planning, Design, Quality Control, Contract Management, Construction & Maintenance of Building Works (Sr.No.1 posts).
2. MBA with five years Administrative works (Sr.No.2 posts).
3. Graduation in Electrical Engineering with three years experience in execution and supervision of electrical installations in large buildings/ commercial buildings (Sr.No.3,5 posts).
4. B.Tech/BE in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science (CS) and three years Post Qualification experience for Office Assistant posts.
5. Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks Merit and five years of experience in Planning, Design, Quality Control, Contract Management, Construction & Maintenance of Building Works for Junior Engineer/site Supervisor posts.
