1. Scientist- B (Medical/Epidemiology) - MBBS Degree with MCI Certificate.

2. Scientist –B (Veterinary Science) - Graduation in Veterinary Science/AH

3. Scientist – B (Life Science) - Post Graduation in Nutrition, Bio-Chemistry, Biotechnology, Physiology, Microbiology, Entomology, Environment Sciences, Molecular Biology, Lab Science Pharmaceutical science subjects.

4. Scientist- B (Biostatistics) - Post Graduation in Biostatistics with 60% marks merit.

5. Scientist- B (Anthropology/Social Behavioral Science) - PG/Ph.D in Sociology/Medical Social Work.

Age Description: All the Applicants maximum age limit 35 years and five years relaxable for Govt. Servants, SC/ST/OBC/PWD also applicable as per DOPT Instruction rules.

Pay Scale Details: The Scientist-B recommended Pay Scale Range Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

1. Written Test held on New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.

2. Personnel Discussion/Interview held on ICMR,Hqrs. New Delhi.

Application Fee Structure: Fee in the form of Bank Demand Draft in favor of Director General, ICMR, New Delhi (payable at New Delhi).
