Name of the jobs:

1. City Program Manager: 50 Vacancies

2. Community Advisory Officer (Consultant Community Officer): 14 Vacancies

3. Advisor-Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Consultant-Accounts and Evaluation): 50 Vacancies

4. Data Assistant (LDC Support for MIS): 87 Vacancies

Academic profile: All interested and eligible candidate should have to clear Master’s of Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Sciences/ Public Health, MBA (except Finance) for Post No.1, Master of Social Work, Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, MBA (except Finance) for post No.2, have to qualify MCA / Post graduation in Computer Science, MSC (Computer/IT), PG Degree in Health for Post No.3 and have to pass 12th + “O ” Level Certificate/PGDCA/ITI-COPA +with AICTE Approved DCA/ Polytechnic Diploma in Computer sciences /IT with AICTE approved University for Post No.4.

Selection Method: All interested and eligible selection will be on the basis of merit, experience.

Cost of Application Fee: All interested and eligible candidates need to pay Rs.300/- in the form of cash through MPonline Kiosks/ CSC or can pay through online mode by using Credit/ Debit Card or Internet Banking.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates have to apply through online mode from the official and authorized website http://www.mponline.gov.in available from July 23rd 2014 to Aug 08th 2014.

1. All before applying online candidates have to scan their passport size photograph and signature.

2. Navigate log on to website www.mponline.gov.in

3. Need to click on Citizen Services link–> Application–> NRHM.

4. Click on the link ‘Apply Online’ and select the desired position.

5. Fill the application form carefully and upload the photograph and signature and submit.

6. Click on proceed to and make sure that Payment for Submission of Application Fee.

7. Pay the fee through credit card/ internet banking or Mp online Kiosk only.

8. Take a Printout to make a hard copy of submitted application for further purpose.
