1. EIC (Civil), R & B

a. UR: 259 Vacancies

b. SEBC: 58 Vacancies

c. SC: 84 Vacancies

d. ST: 116 Vacancies

2. EIC (Public Health)

a. UR: 17 Vacancies

b. SC: 05 Vacancies

c. ST: 12 Vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates lower age is 21 years and upper age is 32 years as on 01-01-2014. The upper age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification and have Odia as one of the subjects in the H.S.C or Passed examination in Odia equivalent to M.E standard.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Examination/ Online Examination.

Rate of the examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- for SEBC & UR candidates, deposit through online or offline mode or by conventional mode and free from Fee for SC/ ST/ PH Candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website http://www.odishassc.in available from Aug 05th 2014 to Sept 05th 2014 by 11.59 PM. After applying online, take print out of application form (OSSC Copy) and send it along with original copy of treasury challan/ e-challan and relevant documents and write the post of required post on the envelope 

1. First of all log on to the website http://www.odishassc.in/.

2. Need to “Click here for Online Application”.

3. Select and click on “Apply Online”.

4. Fill all the mandatory details carefully and upload scanned copy of photograph and signature.

5. Make sure that the payment as mentioned above.

6. Required to submit error free application form.

7. After successful submission, a User ID and Password will be generated from the system, preserve it for future use.

8. Take print out to make a hard copy of system generated application form and send it along with mentioned enclosures.

Opening Date for Submission of Online Applications: Aug 08th 2014.

Closing Date for Submission of Online Applications: Sept 05th 2014 by 11.59 PM.

Final Date for Receipt of DAF: Sept 12th 2014 by 05.00 PM.

Tentative Date of Written Examination conducted: In the month of October 2014.
