1. Bachelor’s Degree in Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry/Statistics/Electronics/Computer Science combination subjects with 60% marks merit for Sr.No. post.

2. Diploma or Licentiate in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks merit for Sr.No.2 posts.

3. Diploma or Licentiate in Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering with 60% marks merit for Sr.No.3 posts.

4. Diploma or Licentiate in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks aggregation for Sr.No.4 Discipline posts.

5. ITI in relevant Trades from NCVT recognized Institutions for Sr.No.5 to 11 posts.

1. Category-I (Sr.No.1-4 posts) Age Limit – 19 to 24 years

2. Category-II (Sr.No.5-11 posts) Age Limit – 18 to 22 yearsas on September 29th 2014.Upper age limit five years for children/family members of those who died in the 1984 riots/SC/ST candidates (Category-I) posts & Up to 15 years for ST categories (Category-II Posts).
