SBI Online – required applying through online mode and inviting applications from the candidates for 2986 Probationary Officer Posts 2014: The State Bank of India (SBI) has declared a notification for recruitment of 2986 Probationary Officers (POs) in Associate Banks of State Bank of India. All interested and eligible Indian Citizens can apply through online from Sep 01st -2014 to Sep 18th -2014. Age Bounds: All interested and eligible candidates age limit should not be less than 21 years and not more than 30 years as on Sep 01st 2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational track: All interested and eligible candidate should have to qualify Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidate have to finish integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before the eligibility date.

Selection method: All interested and eligible candidates would be selected on the basis of their performance in Objective Test , Descriptive Test, Group Discussion and interview.

Price of Application Fees: All interested and eligible Candidates belongs to SC/ST/PWD category are required to pay Rs.100/- (Intimation Charges only) and others are required to o pay Rs.500/- (Application fee and intimation charges), through online or offline methods.

Online Method: All interested and eligible Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available thereat. The payment can be made by using the facilities like as debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be paid or bared by the candidates. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt will be generated, take print out for further use of it.

Offline Method: All interested and eligible After submission of online application form take printout for the further use of the system generated fee payment challan immediately. Fee will be accepted from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within three working days at any nearest branch of State Bank of India. On payment of the requisite fee through computer generated challan form, registration of the online application will be complete.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates are required to apply through online mode from Bank’s official and authorized website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in available from Sep 01st 2014 to Sep 18th -2014. After completion of registration process, take print out of the online application form & fee payment receipt and keep it for future purpose.

1. Before applying online all candidates first scan their photograph and signature.

2. Navigate and visit Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in and open the appropriate Online Application Format, available in the ‘Careers with us’.

3. Fill the application form and market entries carefully with all the details. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the data.

4. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number generated and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. 

5. Candidate should note down the registration number and password to be saved in desired location.

6. Candidates can re-open the saved data using error free registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. 

7. After submission of online application form, proceed to Fee Payment in prescribed as per notification.

8. Pay the fee online by using credit card/ Debit card or can pay offline method through printed challan form.

9. On successful completion of fee payment process, need to registration of the online application will be complete.

10. After completion of registration process, take print out to make a hard copy of the application form and fee receipt/ e-receipt should be retained with the candidate for future reference.

Dates for Payment of fees through Online in between: From Sep 01st -2014 to Sep 18th 2014
