1. Master Degree (M.Tech/ME) in Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy & Materials/Materials Science Engineering for Junior Research Fellow posts.

2. Post Graduation (M.Tech/ME) in Mechanical/Thermal/Production/Electronics & Communication/Electronics/Electrical Engineering for Senior Research Fellow posts.

3. Master Degree in Electronics /Instrumentation/Electrical/Computer Science/IT Engineering or Physics for Project Fellow posts.

Pay Scale : The Recruitment posts of JRF /SRF –Rs.18000/- & Project Fellow –Rs.16000/- per Month.
