Age Boundaries: All interested and eligible candidates age limit should be in the range of 21-32 years for Sr.No:1,4,7 Posts, not more than 68 years for Sr.No:2,3 Posts, not more than 65 years for Sr.No:5,6 Posts, in the range 21-40 years for Sr.No:8,9 Posts as on July 01st 2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Academic credentials: All interested and eligible candidates should have to Complete 1 1/2 years MPHW (F) training courses from any Government ANM training centre or any other institution approved by the Indian Nursing Council, must have to registered Odisha Nursing Council for Sr.No:1 Post, have to qualify MBBS or equivalent degree from institutions recognized and approved by Medical Council of India for Sr.No:2 Post, have to clear MBBS with MD in Pediatrics from institutions recognized and approved by Medical Council of India for Sr.No:3 Post, have to pass DMLT course from any of three Medical Colleges of the state for Sr.No:4 Post. Having Diploma/ Degree in Optometry course from a recognized institution for Sr.No:5 Post. For other Posts Qualification refer Notification.

Selection criteria: All interested and eligible selection will be made on the basis of interview.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates are required to post their applications in the standard and specified format along with attested Xerox copies of residential certificate, certificate of Board of Secondary Education as proof of date of birth, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, experience certificate if any, 2 copies of latest colour passport size photograph to O/o CDMO, Sundargarh on or before Aug 13th 2014 for
