Academic Qualification Details: Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/Electronics/Radio/ Computer Science/ Electrical/IT/Instrumentation Engineering Discipline from recognized University/Institution.

Age Description: The JTO Recruitment posts age limit should be maximum 30 years as on the closing date for receipt of application.Upper age limit for PWD (UR) -10 years, PWD (SC/ST) -15 years, PWD (OBC) -13 years & Ex-Service Men will get the benefit of age relaxation as per central government rules.

Pay Scale Details: The Junior Telecom Officer shall be appointed in the IDA pay scale Rs.16400 to 40500/- with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus HRA, Perks, Medical Benefits.

Competitive Examination – 3 Hours

Section -I (Engineering stream) - 50 questions

Section –II (Engineering stream) – 50 Questions

Section-III (General Ability Test ) – 20 Questions

Negative marking. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
