1. Assistant Epigraphist (Dravidian Inscriptions): 01 Vacancy

2. Scientific Assistant (Directorate of Plant Protection Quarantine and Storage): 05 Vacancies

Age Limitations: All interested and Eligible Candidates age should not be more than 30 years for Sr No 1 Post and between the range of 18 years to 25 years for Sl No 2 post as on May-30-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ Departmental candidates and Central Government Servants as per the government rules and regulations

Academic profile: All interested and Eligible Candidates must have to qualify Master’s Degree in Tamil/ Malayalam/Telugu/ Kannada and Ancient History of India is as a subject at Bachelor’s degree level or Master’s Degree in History with Ancient History of India is as a subject and Tamil/ Malayalam/ Telugu/ Kannada as one of the selected subjects at Bachelor’s degree level for Sl No 1 Post and B.Sc with Botany or Zoology or B.Sc, in Agriculture for SlNo 2 Post.

Selection Process: All interested and Eligible Candidates are selected on the basis screening test/ written proficiency test and Interview/ skill test.

Cost of Application Fee : All interested and Eligible Candidates need to pay Rs.50/- through CRFS and are available at all departmental Post Offices whole over the country. These stamps may be pasted on the application form in the space given. These CRFS are canceled from the counter clerk of any post office including the post office of provided with the date stamp of post office in such a manner that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the denoting of the date and the post office of providing at any subsequent stage and no fee for Women candidate/ SC/ST/ PH/ Ex-Servicemen.

How to Apply: All interested and Eligible Candidates are available to apply in standard and specified format along with CRFS, One recent passport size photograph to be pasted on the application, 2 self-addressed envelopes of 12 cms x 25 cms size, one of them which should be affixed with postage stamps of Rs.6/-, attested Xerox copies of certificates and mark statements and needed documents pertaining to all the years showing age, educational qualifications, experience, Documents in support of claim of age relaxation, etc post
