Academic Qualifications : 

1. Master Degree or Bachelor Degree with good academic Record and must be member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. maximum 20years experience work as senior management levels in Professional Institutes/ University/Educational Institutes/Government/Industry for Secretary post. 

2. Master Degree or Bachelor Degree with good academic Record and must be member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. maximum 18years experience work as senior management levels in Professional Institutes/University/Educational Institutes/Government/Industry or other Service Sectors for CEO post. 

3. Graduation or Master Degree and Diploma in Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from Institution and must be Seven years relevant work experience for Joint Director post.

Age Description: 

Name of the Post and Age limit:
1. Secretary - 50 to 55 years 

2. CEO - 45 to 50 years 

3. Joint Director (Administration & Public Relations) 40-45years

Pay Scale : 

Name of the Post and basic Pay Scale: 

1. Secretary - Rs.90000/- 

2. CEO - Rs.75000/- 

3. Joint Director - Rs.34140/-
