Academic Qualification Details: 

1. Master Degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration and one year experience areas of Corporate Affairs (S.No.4, 3). 

2. Post Graduation/Graduation in Economics / Commerce/ Science subjects or PG Diploma in in Business Administration /Chartered Accountant(C.A)/Cost Accountant(ICWA) for S.No.5 post. 

3.Master Degree in General management (MBA) or PG Diploma in Business Administration /Chartered 

4. Accountant(C.A)/Cost Accountant(ICWA) for S.No.1 posts. 

5. ICSI (Institute of Company Secretary of India) examination pass with Communication and documentation skills for S.No.6 post.
