1. Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service: 33 Vacancies

2. J&K Police Service: 16 Vacancies

3. J&K Accounts Service: 02 Vacancies

4. Veterinary Asst Surgeon: 63 Vacancies

Age Details: All interested and eligible candidates should have age minimum of 21 years but should not have exceeded 35 years as on Jan 01st 2014 for the post of 1,2 and 3. In the case post no.4 Candidates minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit should not exceed 37 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules and regulation

Academic profile: All interested and eligible candidates should have to complete bachelors degree of a recognized University in India or of a foreign University declared by Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent to the degree of a recognized University or Institution for the posts 1, 2 and 3. In the case of post 4 candidates should posses Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized University.

Selection Method: All interested and eligible Candidates are selected on the basis of Preliminary & Main Examination.

Cost of Application Fee: All interested and eligible Candidates need to pay Rs. 800/- for Open Merit/ General, Rs. 550/- for SC, ST, RBA, LAC, SLC and PHC candidates and no fee for Female candidates in BPL. Getting Application Form: All interested and eligible Candidate can buy the application form along-with copy of SRO 387 dated Jan 12th 2008 as amended from time to time containing the syllabus for the examination, instructions for filling up of the Application Form, Acknowledgment Card and an Envelope for submitting the Application Form from any nationalized branches of the J&K Bank to be paid of application fee on before June 11th 2014 for the posts of 1,2 nd3 . Jammu on to be paid of Rs. 500/- excluding processing charges of Rs.10-/ in respect of General category candidates and Rs. 250/- excluding processing charges of 10/- in respect of Category candidates through the counters of J&K Bank opened in the offices of J&K Public Service Commission at Polo Ground, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on all working days..

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates are required to apply in standard and specified format by pasting 1 recently passport size photograph of the candidate, to be attested by a Gazette Officer on the application form and deposit in any of the nationalized branches of the J&K Bank (refer notification for list of branches) on or before June 12th 2014 for the posts of 1,2 and 3.In the case of post 4 send all the copies on before June 20th 2014.

Closing Date for Submission of Application: June 12th 2014.

Final Date for Payment of Application Fee: June 11th 2014.

Preliminary Examination on Oct 10th 2014.

Commencement of Main Examination on Mar 01st 2015.
