1.Personal Assistant

2.Junior Intelligence officer

Age Limit:The Candidates should not exceed upper age limit of 27 years as on the date of 02-06-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government rules.

Educational Qualification Details: Candidates should possess the following qualification given below.

For Personal Assistant (PA) Posts: 10+2 (Intermediate) with Stenography and also having knowledge about computer.

For Jr Intelligence Officer Posts: Matriculation with ITI.

Application Fee Details: General and other unreserved candidates are need to pay Rs. 50/- while SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen category candidates are no need to pay application fee.

Application fee should be paid by cash deposit (if offline payment) at any branch of State Bank of India(SBI) using the Challan form (available in Part II of the online application form) or by using internet banking facility of State Bank of India or State Bank ATM-cum-Debit Card.

For Personal Asst: Pay scale Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade pay 4600.

For Jr Intelligence Officer: Pay Scale 5200-20200/-.

Selection Procedure: The Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination, language test, Stenography Test, personality test, documents verification and medical examination.

Online Application Form: All those candidates who are interested to apply for IB Personal Assistant and Junior Intelligence officer Posts in Intelligence Bureau, they are required to apply through online mode on IB’s official website at www.mha.nic.in from 3rd May to 2nd June 2014. After filling the online application form candidates are required to take print out copy of the system generated online application form for further use.

How to Apply From Online: Before start to applying from online,candidates must have a valid Email ID address and scanned copy of Photograph and Signature.

1.Log on to IB’s official website address at www.mha.nic.in.

2.Find the required link of “PA & Jr Intelligence Officer” and click on Apply Online.

3.Now Read all the instructions and click on Part I of Application Form.

4.Now fill all marked and required details and click on submit button.

5.Once done with first part, now proceed to Part II of online application.

6.Now make payment, Upload your recent Photograph & signature in the prescribed formation & submit the error free application form.

7.At last, take a copy of print out from system generated application form for further use.
