1. Physics : Master Degree in Physics/Applied Physics with 60% marks, Bachelor Degree in Engineering Physics.

2. Mechanical Eng: Bachelor Degree or M.tech in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks each integrated subject.

3. Electrical Eng. : B.Tech/BE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or M.Tech with 60% arks aggregation.

Age Description: The Recruitment post applying applicants age limit must be 26 years.Upper age limit belonging SC/ST/PHP/OBC Categories as per Government of India Orders.

Pay Scale : During Training period selected candidates will get Stipend Rs.16000/-
