1. Graduation in any subject from any recognized University.

2. Odia language is optional subject at Matriculation level.

3. Most preferable Sociology/Psychology subject marks.

1. Applicants age limit should be minimum of 21 years to maximum of 32 years as on January 1st 2014. 

2. Age Relaxation five years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates & Contract Service Employees up to 45 years as on January 1st 2014.

Pay Scale Details : Selected Candidates can be receive pay Scale of Rs.9300 to 34800/- with Grade pay of Rs.4200/-

2. Main Written Examination (300 Marks).

3. Viva Voce Test (30 Marks).
