Opening date of Online Application : 04th September 2014.

Step-I Online Registration Date : 23rd September 2014

Step-II Online Registration Date : 25th September 2014.

Last date for Payment of Fees : 25th September 2014.

Date of Examination : October/November 2014.

Posts and Vacancy Information : The District and Sessions Judge of the State of Punjab invited 269 Stenographer Grade-III posts.

1. Graduation in Arts/Science group subjects or equivalent Examination pass.

2. Proficiency in Operation of Computer such programs (Word Processing/Spread Sheets).

Minimum age Limit –18 years

Maximum age limit – 38 years as on 01/01/2014. Upper age limit up to 43years for SC/ST of Punjab, up to 40years for Widow/Women legally separated from husband, up to 48years for PWD (UR), up to 45 years for In Service Employees & also Ex.Serviceman (Depend on Service) applicable as per Govt. Rules.

1. Typing Test (Shorthand speed 80 words/min & Transcription speed 20 words/min)

2. Computer Proficiency Test

General Category – Rs.500/-

SC/BC/Ex.Serviceman of Punjab – Rs.125/-

PHC of Punjab – Nil

Reserved all others – Rs.500/-

Procedure to Apply : Applicants should required to apply online through Punjab & Haryana High Court official Website and The online Registration consist of two Steps.

Step-I Online Registration : Applicants will get Registration ID/Password and Print of Cash Deposit Receipt in the Designated Bank.

Step-II Online Registration : Uploaded Signature/Photograph must pasted on given space in the online Application, filled all other respect details and submit.
