1. Graduation in Mine Engineering with 60% marks aggregation and 12 years post qualification (Highly Mechanized Open Cast mines using HEMM/HT Power Supply/Processing Plant) for S.No.1,2 posts.

2. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks aggregation with nine years post qualification experience for S.No.3,4 posts.

3. Graduation in Geology/Applied Geology with 60% marks aggregation and 2 to 6 years post qualification experience for S.No.5,6 posts.

4. Graduation in Civil Engineering with 60% marks aggregation and six years post qualification experience for S.No.7,8 posts.

5. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 60% marks merit and three years experience work as Open Cast Metal mines using Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and DG Sets (S.No.9 post).

6. Graduation in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering with 60% marks aggregation and two years experience in Environment Management Area of Mining Industry for S.No.10 post.
