Uttarakhand Police Department Vacancy description:

Total Number of vacancies: 339

1. Sub Inspector Civil Police: 257 Vacancies

2. Deputy Inspector Intelligence: 39 Vacancies

3. Platoon Commander PAC: 43 Vacancies

Age conditions: All interested and eligible candidates age limit must be between in the range 21 to 28 years as on June 01st 2014, Age relaxation is providing as per rules.

Academic Career: All interested and eligible candidates should have to Bachelors Degree or equivalent from any recognized university. Have to qualify Intermediate is the minimum educational qualification for Ex-servicemen.

Cost of Examination Fee: Candidates has to pay examination need to fee of Rs 25/- for SC/ ST category and need to Rs.100/- for other categories, in the form of treasury challan to the State Treasury.

Selection Model: All interested and eligible candidates will be selected on based of Physical Standard Test & Written Test.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible and interested candidates are required to submit their application in standard specified format available in the notification complete in all respect along with examination fee, attested copies of educational certificate/ mark sheet, character certificate, employment office registration certificate, and all needed certificates and testimonials 11X4 inch size two self addressed envelopes affixed with Rs.5/- postal stamp and two recent passport size photograph, etc, must reach at the District SSP/SP Office of Uttarakhand (recruitment centre) by Post or by hand on before June 26th 2014 till 05:00 PM.
