Total Number of Vacancies: 352 

Name of the jobs: Graduate Teacher

1. Humanities: 127 Vacancies

2. Biology: 99 Vacancies

3. Mathematics: 126 Vacancies

Age control: All interested and eligible candidates should have the age of 18 years but should not more than 30 years, not more than 40 years for Government servant serving in other Government Department, not more than 45 years for person working on temporary/ Contract/ Co-terminus. Age Relaxation is provided for SC/ ST/ OBC candidate

Academic records: All interested and eligible candidates should have to Degree from any recognized University with Hons for major language group i.e. Nepali, Hindi & having Sikkim State Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) certificate.

Selection criteria: All interested and eligible candidates are selected on the basis of written Examination, Classroom demonstration/ Personality Test.

Cost of the Application Fee: All interested and eligible candidates required to pay Rs.150/- through Bank Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim and credited to ‘0051-SPSC’.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates are required to apply in standard and specified format along with original Bank Receipt and send to the office of Joint Director of HRDD in their respective district on or before July 30th 2014 by 3:00 PM.
