Opening date for Online Application : 18th June 2014.

Closing Date for Online Registration : 09th July 2014.

Last date for Offline Payment of Application Fees : 20th June to 14th July 2014.

Last date for Online Payment of Application Fee : 18th June to 09th July 2014.

Date of Pre-Examination Training (Office Scale-I) : 25th to 30th August 2014.

Date of Pre-Examination Training (Office Assistant ) : 01st to 06th Sep 2014.

Date of Online Examination (Office Scale-I,II,III) : 06th to 07th Sept 2014.

Date of Online Examination (Office Assistant) : 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st Sept 2014.

Date of Declaration Results: 05th Nov 2014.

2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) conducted online by the Institute of Baking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Tentatively in September 2014.

1. Graduation from any subject (Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy) and Computer Proficiency skills for Office Scale-I posts.

2. Graduation in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy with 55% marks aggregation for Office Scale-II posts.

3. Graduation in Electronics /Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology disciplines or Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Graduation in Law for Office Scale-II (Special officer) posts.

4. Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy subjects with 50% marks aggregation for Office Scale-III posts.

5. Graduation from any discipline with Computer Operating knowledge for Office Assistant posts.

1. Applicants age limit should be minimum of 18 years to Maximum of 28 years. Upper age limit given on below..

2. SC/ST/Ex.Servicemen (ECO/SSCO) /ordinarily domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir/Persons affected by 1984 riots is 5 years

3. OBC - 3 years

4. PWD - 10 Years

5. Widows/Divorced Women - 09 years

6. Ex-Servicemen/ Disabled Ex-Servicemen – Depend on Service rendered in the defense forces (03 years).

NOTE : Ex.servicemen of Disability candidates upper age limit-08 years.
