HSLSA Recruitment 2014  invites applications from the applicants are available to Apply through Online mode for 119 Clerk, Steno & Other vacancies: The Haryana State Legal Services Authority has released notification for the recruitment of 119 Clerk, Junior Scale Stenographer, Steno Typist & Driver jobs in the Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HSLSA) at Chandigarh, District Legal Services Authorities(DLSA), Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committees(SDLSC) and Permanent Lok Adalats (Public Utility Services) {PLA(PUS)} in the State of Haryana. Total Number of Posts: 119
Name of the jobs:
1. Clerk: 68 Vacancies
2. Junior Scale Stenographer: 29 Vacancies
3. Steno Typist: 09 Vacancies
4. Driver: 13 Vacancies

Age bounds: All interested and eligible candidates age should be between the ramge of 18 years to 40 years as on June 26th 2014. Age relaxation will be provided as per the rules and regulations

Track records of education: All interested and eligible candidates should have to complete Graduation degree or equivalent thereto from any recognized University for Post No.1 & 2,should have qualify Degree of Bachelor of Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent thereto from a recognized university for Post No.3 and Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject and should have a valid driving license for light motor vehicle and medium passenger motor vehicle for Post No.3.

Selection Method: All interested and eligible candidates would be selected on the basis their performance in written test, type test and interview.

Cost of examination Fee: All interested and eligible candidates belongs to General category have to deposit Examination fee of Rs.500/- for Male and Rs.250/- for Female, by way of Cash Deposit Receipt, printed after completion of Step-I of registration, in any Branch of State Bank of India only. Applicant approaching the State Bank of India Branch will ask for depositing the fee under Screen 8888(Fee Type-300). No other mode of payment of fee is admissible. The fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates are required to apply through online mode through the official and authorized website www.recruitmenthighcourtchd.com, in two steps registration process. Step I Registration shall be open from June 04th 2014 to June 06th 2014 and Step II Registration process will be available from June 04th 2014 to June 6th 2014. After submission of application form, take a printout Online Application Form for future use and record.

Step wise Instructions to Apply Online: Online Registration of Application Form will contains of two steps, i.e Step I & Step II.

Step I Registration process:
1. First of all before applying online, candidate must have valid email ID.
2. Navigate and log on to website www.recruitmenthighcourtchd.com
3. Need to click on the desire’s post available under “Haryana State Legal Services Authority”.
4. Fill the registration form carefully with all the required details.
5. Every successful registration will be allotted a unique Registration ID and Password generated by the system
6. After getting the Registration ID and Password, need to take a printout of the ‘Cash Deposit Receipt’.
7. Pay the fee at only any branch of State Bank of India as mentioned above.
8. After depositing the fee in the bank, the Applicant will get a unique Transaction/Journal number from the Bank, which will be updated by applicant on website at the time of Registration step-II.

Step II Registration:
1. First of all before proceeding to Step II, Applicant must have scanned image files of his/her latest photo & signature and application fee remittance details.
2.After depositing the fee in the State Bank of India the , Applicant has tol Re-Login on the website again by making use of Registration ID and Password as provided in first step for online Registration.
3. Upload the photograph and signature and view the preview of the filled form . Applicant can edit/correct the information filled in step II, at that time.
4. Please check the information and click on button ” Lock & Submit” to complete his/her Registration process.
5. Take printout of the submitted application to make a hard copy and keep it for future reference.

Important Dates to remember:
Opening Date for Online Registration: June 04th 2014
Closing Date for Registration Step I: June 24th 2014 till 11:59 PM’
Closing Date for Registration Step II: June 26th 2014 till 11:59 PM
Final Date for Receipt of Application Fee: June 26th 2014 (within Banking Hours) 
Final Date for Editing of Application: June 26th 2014.
