I.Electrician/ Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic: 147 Posts (Female)

1. General candidate: 88 Posts

2. Rural Quota Candidate: 38 Posts

3. Ex Military Personnel: 11 Posts

4. Kannada Medium Candidate: 05 Posts

5. Project Displacement Candidate: 05 Posts

II. Lineman/ Electrician: 88 Posts (Male/ Female)

1. General candidate: 46 Posts

2. Rural Quota Candidate: 25 Posts

3. Ex Military Personnel: 08 Posts

4. Kannada Medium Candidate: 05 Posts

5. Project Displacement Candidate: 03 Posts

Age Criteria: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable and it will be considered as on last date.

Academic Qualification Details: Candidates must have passed Certificate of 18/ 24 months course in “Electrician/ Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic” trade from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) recognized by Government of Karnataka for Electrician posts and Passed in 10th Standard Examination with Pass Certificate of 03 years course in “Lineman trade/ Electrician trade” (ITC) imparted by the Industrial Training Institutes of KEB/ KPTCL for Lineman posts.

Application Fee Details: General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 400/- for General, Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB while SC/ ST candidates will have to pay Rs.200/- as application fee.

Application fee should be paid either by online mode using Net Banking option, any Bank ATM cum Debit card, Internet Banking or by offline mode using Challan at any of the State Bank of India Branches. 

Selection Mrthod: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination.
