Central Potato Research Institute Recruitment Notification 2014 Walk in for RA & SRF Posts: Central Potato Research Institute has been posted a notification for the recruitment of Research Associate (RA) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) vacancies on contractual basis under the projects entitled “Engineering late blight resistance in susceptible Indian potato cultivars (ABSP II)” and “Development of transgenic potato with resistance to major viruses”. Eligible and interested candidates may attend the interview on 24th & June 25th 2014 at 11.30 AM. 1. Research Associate: 01 Post
2. Senior Research Fellow: 01 Post
Age Criteria: Candidates age limit is 40 years for males, 45 years for females in case of RA Posts and 35 years for males, 40 years for females in case of SRF Posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Academic Qualification Details: Candidates must have Ph.D/ Master’s in Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/ Plant Pathology/ Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Botany/ Plant Physiology/ Microbiology or Allied disciplines.
Selection Method: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview.
Procedure to Apply: Eligible candidates may submit their applications in prescribed format along with attested copies of educational qualification and experience certificates to Assistant Admn Officer (E-I), CPRI, Shimla 171001 on date of interview at 10.00 AM and also bring original certificates on 24th & June 25th 2014 .
