Age condition: All interested and eligible candidates age should be between in the range of 18 years to 27 years as on July 02nd 2014. Age Relaxation is provided for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates as per instructions of Government of India issued from time to time.
Academic career: All interested and eligible candidates should have to complete Matriculation or ITI from any recognized Boards for Sl No I Post, have to pass Matriculation or Equivalent from a recognized Board or University for Sl No II Post.
Selection Model: All interested and eligible candidates are selected on the basis Aptitude Test.

Step wise Instructions to Apply Online:
1. First of all before applying online scan passport size photo ( not more than 20 KB in JPG/ JPEG format) and signature ( not more than 10 KB in JPG/ JPEG format), certificates.
2. Navigate and log on to the website http://www.submitonline.in/dopassam/ .
3. Need to click on I have read Advt–> Click here to Apply.
4. Fill all the details like age, qualification, etc carefully and upload photo, signature, and certificates.
5. After filling all the details need to click on Submit button.
6. You can find after successful registration, provisional Unique Registration Number (URN) will be generated by the system.
7. The registration number along with password shall be sent to the applicant carefully to the given email ID and SMS to given Mobile Number.
8. The Applicant has to use the registration number and password for log in into the website and generate, the Challan in triplicate to pay the fee as mentioned above.
9. Need to again relogin and fill the payment details and click on submit button.
10. Take print out to make a hard copy of Submitted Application along with Registration slip and retain it for future reference.
