Age Bounds: All interested and eligible candidates age between in the range of 18 years to 26 years for remaining as on Jan 01st 2014. Age relaxation should be provided to all reserved candidatures as per rules.

Academic credentials: All interested and eligible candidates should have to be able to read and write in Hindi/ Regional Language and have to pass 10 + 2 or its equivalent exam.
