Names of Post: Clerk Gr III (Junior Clerk)

Age criteria: All interested and eligible candidates should have age in between in the range of 18 to 35 years. Age relaxation should be provided to reserved candidates as per rules and regulations.

Academic profile: All interested and eligible candidates must have to Senior Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent examination, “O” level or higher level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, under Government of India, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and having knowledge to work as Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. Have to clear Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Applications from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government.

Selection Procedure: All interested and eligible candidates will be selected based on of performance in Written Test.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates can apply online through website www.rtu.ac.in on or before Aug 22nd 2014 (Friday) till 12:00 Midnight.

1. First of all Candidates have to scan their photo and signature.

2. Navigate and log on to the website www.univindia.info and Click on the home page to open the link “Recruitment for online Application for LDC”.

3. Search and find and the click on “Apply for Registration [STEP-1]” to register by filling basic details and Password through which User-Id and Password will be generated which will be required to fill Online Application form.

4. Need to click on option “Fill Registration Form [Step-II]” to open up Online Application Form.

5. Upload the photograph and signature before going to application form as per the required specifications.

6. Candidates should carefully fill in the marked details in the On-Line Application.

7. Before pressing the “SUBMIT” button have to check once all entries , candidates are advised to verify every filled in the application.

8. Click on the “SUBMIT” button to finish at the end of the On-Line Application format.

9. After applying on-line, the candidate should immediately take a printout to make a hard copy of the system generated On-line Challan and Application form, ensure the particulars filled in are accurate and retain it for future reference. They should not send this print out to RTU.

Final Date for Online Submission of Applications: Aug 22nd -2014 till 12:00 Midnight

Final Date for Submission of Fees: Aug 23rd 2014.
