1. 10+2 Examination pass and Diploma in Computer Applications (NIELIT) ‘O’ Level Certificate/Computer Typing speed 30 words/min in English/25 words/min in Hindi language for Data Entry Operator posts.

2. 10+2 Examination pass and Diploma in Computer Applications with one year work experience for Customer Support person posts.

3. Graduation with PGDCA/NIELIT ‘A’ Level Computer Applications certificate for Computer Operator posts.

4. B.Tech/BE in Computer Science /Information Technology/Electronics or MCA or NIELIT ‘B’ Level Certificate for Assistant Programmer post.

5. Graduation (B.Com) with One year working experience in Tally Software for Computer Operator (Tally) posts.

6. Graduation or Post Graduation with shorthand speed necessary for Computer Operator (Steno) posts.

7. Graduation with one year Diploma in Computer Application and typing speed of 35words/min in English or 25words/min in Hindi language for Technical Supports persons
