Age condition: All interested and eligible candidates age limit should be in the range of 18-40 years for Open merit candidates, age in the range of 18-43 years for SC/ ST/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC candidates, age not more than 42 years for physically challenged candidates, not more than 48 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates, not more than 40 years for Government Service/ Contractual employees as on Jan 01st -2014.

Academic career: All interested and eligible candidates should have to vler Degree in Civil Engineering from Indian University or 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Recognized Institute or AMIE Section for Sr.No:A(1) Post, having 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized Institute/Indian University Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE Section (A&B) India for Sr.No:A(2) Post, have to pass Bachelors Degree in Law with two years actual practice at bar for Sr.No:A(3) Post, have to complete have to qualify Graduation having knowledge of Stenographery for Sr.No:A(4) Post, having Graduation with M-Lib having minimum three years experience for Sr.No:A(5) Post, Graduation with B-Lib having two years minimum experience for Sr.No:A(6) Post. Selection Model: All interested and eligible candidates who are shortlisted candidates will be called for Physical/ Type/ Written Test/ interview

Cost of Application Fee: All interested and eligible candidates should have to pay Rs.400/- only in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment Challan only.

1. First of all log on through the website www.jkssb.nic.in.

2. Search and find and click on the “Online Application”

3. Before applying online read the instructions carefully and clearly.

4. Now need to click on the apply button.

5. Read the instructions and click on the proceed button to process.

6. Fill the details carefully and upload the copies of signature and photograph.

7. Click on “submit” button to finish and a registration slip will be generated with unique code.

8. Take the printout copies to make them as hard copies of application & Challan form.

9. Make sure that the payment the fee Rs.400/- in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified.

10. Keep the copy of Challan and application form for further use.
