1. Dental Surgeon - BDS and registered with Assam State Dental Council
2. Laboratory Technician Laboratory Technician - Certificate Course from Medical Colleges of Assam or Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences, Mizoram
3. State Programme Manager - PG /PG Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management with five years post qualification experience.
4. Consultant (Electrical Utility) - Graduation in Electrical Engineering five years post qualification experience
5. Additional Consultant (Civil Works) - Retired Additional Chief Engineer (Civil) from any of the works department of Govt. of Assam having good knowledge of building works
6. Consultant (Community Processes) - PG/PG Diploma in Social Work/ Rural Development with three years post qualification experience.
7. Social Worker - Graduation Social Work/ Rural Development/ Sociology/ Social Science with one year post qualification experience.
8. Speech Therapist - Diploma in Hearing & Language and Speech (DHLS) course certificate and Two years work experience.
9. Psychologist - Graduation in Clinical Psychology/ Psychology with Two years experience in relevant field
10. Manager - PG/PG Diploma in Management/Rural Management/Social Work/Rural Development with three years post qualification experience.
