Age condition: All interested eligible candidates age limit should be between in the range of 18-60 years for Post No.1 to 26, and in the range of 18-37 years for Post No. 27 to and not more than 30 years as on last date for receipt of applications.
Academic record: All interested eligible candidates should have to complete Ph.D. in any Branch of Dairy Science & Technology for Post No.1 to 3 & 6, have to qualify Graduate with second division or a Post graduate and Must have to pass S.A.S. Examination for Post No.4, have to clear Master’s degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ documentation for Post No.5, have to award of Ph.D. degree in Animal Breeding/ Animal Genetics/ Animal Breeding and Genetics for Post No.7, have to award Ph.D. degree in field of Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary Science/ Animal Sciences/ Fisheries/ Agricultural Engineering/ Home Science/ Agro forestry for Post No.8. How to get the Application Form: All interested eligible candidates can have to get or obtain the application from the office of Registrar,GADVASU, Ludhiana from 10:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. on all working days and have to pay of Rs.300/- for the posts at Sr. Nos.1 to 27, either in cash at the counter or by sending Bank Draft in favour of the Comptroller, GADVASU, Ludhiana along with self addressed envelope (28x12cms) bearing postage stamps of Rs 45/-. The application forms may also be downloaded from the University website.
Cost of Application Fee: All interested eligible candidates who are obtaining application form from the office of Registrar in person or by post have to pay the application have to pay as fee of Rs.1000/- for Post No.1 to 7, and need to pat Rs.750/- for Post No.8 & 9,and required to pay Rs.600/- for Post No.10 to 27 and candidates who are downloading application forms from the university website have to pay Rs.1300/- for Post No.1 to 7, and need to pay Rs.1050/- for Post No.8&9, and required to pay Rs.900/- for Post No.10 to 27. Candidates applying for the posts No.28 to 30 have to pay Rs.200/-. The application fee should pay in the form of Bank Draft in favour of Comptroller, GADVASU payable at Ludhiana.
How to Apply: All interested eligible candidates are require to post their applications in the standard and specified format along with application fee and copy of certificates related to qualifications, experience and other relevant information and self addressed envelope (9”x 4”) along with postal stamps of Rs.25/, should reach in the office of Registrar, GADVASU, Ludhiana on or before July 08th 2014.
