Eligibility Criteria:
Age Details: Candidates age should between 18 years to 22 years as on March 1st 2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government rules.
Educational Qualification Details: Candidates must possess the following qualifications as per the post requirement.
For GD Constable and Driver posts: Matriculation (10th Class/SSC)
For Constable (Technical) Posts: 12th Class/Intermediate.
For Followers post: 6th Posts
Application Fee: No application fee is required for the above posts.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination, Physical Efficiency test and Physical Measurement tests.
Physical Measurements:
Height: 5’3’’ minimum for male and 5’ minimum for female
Chest: 32” min. with min. 2” expansion for male.
Weight: 50 Kgs. min. for male and 45 Kgs. min. for female
Procedure to Apply: All those candidates who wish to apply for GD Constable, Constable Driver and other posts in Sikkim Police Department, they are required to send their applications in the prescribed format along with all required documents i.e. photo copies of certificates in support of their age, qualification details, experience to following address on or before 14th May 2014.
