Age Description: Candidates age limit should be 21 to 32 years as on the date of January 1st 2014. Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC, Women, Ex-servicemen candidates, 10 years for PH candidates will be applicable as per the government rules.

Educational Qualification Details: Candidates should possess Graduation Degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law or a statutory Board/Faculty/ Examining body of Indian Medicine or its equivalent, Post-Graduation qualification in the subject/specialty concerned, Adequate knowledge of Sanskrit.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.

Application Fee Details: Candidates should pay Rs.300/- through printout copy of Online Challan only at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). SC/ ST candidates of Odisha and PWD candidates are exempted from fee.

Procedure to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply from online through website address http://opsc.gov.in/ from May 12th 2014 to June 11th 2014 by 11:59 PM & send their printout copies of applications along with attested copies of HSC or equivalent certificate in support of declaration of age, Intermediate/ Higher Secondary Examination Certificate, BAMS Degree Certificate, Post Graduate Degree Certificate, Mark-lists in support of all the aforesaid examinations passed including fail marks, if any, Two recent passport size photographs (unsigned & unattested), OPSC copy of Challan showing payment of examination fee, wherever applicable, Houseman ship Completion Certificate, Medical Registration Certificate, Certificates of conduct, Caste Certificate by birth in support of claim as SC/ ST/ SEBC, wherever applicable, Odia pass certificate, Discharge Certificate of Ex-Serviceman, Disability Certificate on or before June 23rd 2014 by 5:00 PM by Registered Post/ Speed Post to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr.P.K.Parija Road, Cuttack-753001. The documents containing envelope must be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LECTURER IN AYURVEDA COLLEGE”.

1. Candidates must scan their photograph, signature & left hand thumb impression.

2. Log on to the website address http://opsconline.gov.in and read all the instructions.

3. Select the Apply Online link beside the desired post.

4. Fill all the mandatory details and upload the scanned photograph, signature & left hand thumb impression.

5. On Successful submission, a Registration ID will be displayed.

6. Take print out of finally submitted application form, Challan and make payment as per details mentioned above.

7. Send the hard copy of application forms along with necessary enclosures as mentioned above.
